Tickets FAQ

How do I download my ticket?

To download your etickets from Innovationevents.co.uk for all orders made through our website simply follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account here: www.innovationevents.co.uk/shop/account/
  2. Click “Orders
  3. Click the order number to view your ticket order, for example: #1234
  4. Then click the “Download” link by your ticket

Your ticket will download to your device as a .pdf document with a name similar to “1234-1.pdf”. You can now show this at the event to enter either on your device or printed.

Or for specific step by step instructions with an image guide click one of the links below for mobiles and tablet devices or desktops and laptops.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets purchased through the Innovation website are non-refundable and non-transferable as stated in our terms and conditions, and at the checkout at time of purchase. This is to protect our customers against ticket fraud and illegal duplication of tickets.

However if we have to cancel an event we will of course issue refunds, these may take up to 5 days to clear into your account depending on your bank.

Can I change the name on a ticket?

Unfortunately no, tickets purchased through the Innovation website are non-transferable as stated in our terms and conditions, and at the checkout at time of purchase. This is to protect our customers against ticket fraud and illegal duplication of tickets.

Is there a dress code at Innovation's events?

There is no strict dress code at Innovation events but we do like everyone to make an effort when attending. Trainers and caps are permitted, though you may be asked to remove your hat on entry by security.

Can I purchase tickets for my friends?

Yes you can, just fill in their names under “Attendee Info” at the checkout to add their name(s) to the ticket(s).

What is the booking fee for?

They cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our ticketing service.

How do I use my eticket?

You can show your eticket on your phone upon entry to the event, or you can also print the ticket. Once your ticket is scanned it can not be scanned again.

Do I need to print out my ticket?

No, you can show your ticket on your mobile device on entry to the event. If you’d rather not take your device to the event then yes printed tickets will also be accepted.

What should I do if I’ve lost my ticket?

Double check your email as you should have been emailed your eticket along with links to download the eticket if required. If you can’t find the email login to your account where you can download your ticket directly from your account that was created when purchasing the ticket.

Can I order tickets over the phone?

For security reasons we cannot accept payments over the phone. Please purchase your tickets from this website.

Do you send me tickets through the post?

No, all of our event tickets are etickets. They will be emailed to you at the time of purchase, if you have not recieved an email please check your email junk folder. If you still can’t see it log into your account and use our eticket help guide to download directly from there.

Do your events have access for disabled people?

The majority of our events do have disabled access, please contact the venue directly to check.

What forms of ID are accepted at Innovation events?

If you look under 21, we may ask you to prove your age.

  • The only accepted proof of age documents are:
  • A Passport (Not a photocopy)
  • Driving Licence
  • A Proof of Age Card bearing a PASS hologram
  • A Ministry of Defence identity card
  • A National identity card issued by an EU member state

What are the dates for Innovation In The Sun?

What happens if an event is cancelled or rescheduled?

If an event is cancelled we will do our best to let everyone that has purchased tickets know as soon as we are aware of the situation. This is generally via the email the tickets were purchased under. We will also post a notice on the Facebook event page. Refunds for all ticket holders will then be issued, the refund may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

How long will a refund take to process?

Refunds can take up to 5 days to clear into your account depending on your bank. If we are forced to cancel an event our team has to process each refund individually so please be patient.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

For tickets we regret we can’t cancel or refund, once issued the tickets are then in the public domain and could be resold or duplicated which could endanger our customers to fraud. For merchandise purchased your statuary rights apply.

What payment methods do you accept on the Innovation website?

We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Maestro.

I've not received an email from you, what do I do?

Please check your email junk folder, if you can’t see it there then we may have the wrong email address for you so please contact the office. If it’s ticket related see the “how do I download my ticket” section above.

Are payments secure on the Innovation website?

If you look at our website address you will notice the padlock symbol and the address starting with HTTPS (as opposed to HTTP). Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) is the secure version of HTTP, the protocol over which data is sent between your browser and the website that you are connected to. The ‘S’ at the end of HTTPS stands for ‘Secure’. It means all communications between your browser and the Innovation website are encrypted. Once you make an order on the Innovation events website you will receive an email to confirm your order. Please check your junk/spam folders if you can’t see it in your main inbox.

Something's not working on the website, what should I do?

Please let our team know via the contact page so we can fix it for you as soon as possible. It might be worth trying on another device such as a laptop, due to the huge range of devices available it’s almost impossible to make everything work 100% on every device.
